Paloma
Aguilar Agramont holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from
the Bolivian Catholic University.
She worked as Assistant to the Taller Preparatorio del Diálogo Nacional
2000 (National Dialog 2000 Preparatory Workshop) coordinated by the Universidad Andina Simón
Bolívar, and on the Master Program on Project Formulation,
Administration and Evaluation (Maestría y Certificado Internacional
en Formulación, Administración y Evaluación de
Proyectos) sponsored by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
Her mother language is Spanish, and she is proficient in English. She is
currently involved in research for the Program for the Promotion of the
Education Reform in Latin America and the Carribbean (PREAL): Is Public Education Spending in Bolivia
Equitative?
She is a member of the Opción Bolivia youth group and the Folkloric
Ballet of the Bolivian Catholic University.
